- Navigation and usage data (Google Analytics 4, only with consent)

- Responding to information and quote requests
- Managing the commercial relationship with clients
- Analyzing web traffic to improve the service (only if you accept analytics cookies)
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) for communications and web analytics, and on legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) for managing the commercial relationship.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except when required by law. The following service providers act as data processors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), Google LLC (web analytics, only with consent).
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by writing to mangelriesgo@nocodeb2b.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Retention
Contact data is retained while a commercial relationship is active or until the data subject requests erasure. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings (maximum 14 months).
